The multi-actor Advisory Board contributes to CEDI's strategy.

At the administrative level, CEDI is a non-profit association registered in France. Its President is Professor Emmanuel Decaux, first Chairperson and former member of the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (2011-2019).
