Lately I’ve realized that I eat fast food more often than I’d like, especially on busy days or when I’m stressed. It feels convenient, but afterward I often regret it because I know it’s not healthy. It suggested planning meals ahead, keeping healthy snacks available, and replacing favorite fast food items with more nutritious alternatives. Those tips made it much easier for me to start eating healthier without feeling overwhelmed.
