STRATEGIC LITIGATION

Through strategic litigation, CEDI provides a platform for victims of enforced disappearance to be seen and heard, by seeking redress in courts and bringing strategic litigation cases to highlight weaknesses and gaps in the law. Successful strategic litigation, through cases that promote the same vision of key legal provisions relating to Convention will allow to set precedents and promote the implementation of those provisions.
